I was welcomed with such warmth and kindness. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was given a lovely room with a beautiful view that immediately made me feel relaxed and at home. I had requested an extra bed, along with additional covers and pillows, and the staff responded promptly with such attentiveness—it really made a difference in our comfort. One of the highlights of our stay was being allowed a late check-out at around 2:30 PM, which gave us the time and space to unwind and enjoy the experience even more. I mentioned a bit about some routine housekeeping checks in the bathroom drains that might be helpful to keep in mind for regular upkeep and they offered to send a staff really quickly. Overall, it was a truly pleasant and restful stay. The hospitality, the attention to detail, and the genuine care from the team made everything feel effortless. I would happily recommend the hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Our room, a “Studio - King Bed,” had everything we needed. The kitchenette was equipped with a small pot (suitable for cooking pasta) and a pan (perfect for making an omelet). We were also provided with essential utensils like a spatula, a serving spoon, a large cutting knife, and cutlery. The room included a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and ample storage space for clothing. There was a kettle available, but no coffee machine. Additionally, the room featured a hairdryer and several complimentary toiletries. The air conditioning worked well, although we found the temperature to be fixed at 22 degrees Celsius, which was perfectly comfortable for sleeping. The fridge had enough space for groceries for two people, and while the freezer was quite small, it was still functional for basic needs. The shower was spacious and comfortable. The TV was large with great sound quality, and it was easy to cast content directly from our phone (Apple) to the screen. The hotel also features an outdoor swimming pool located on the top floor. The pool is approximately 75 meters long and about 5 to 7.5 meters wide, with a depth of 120 cm.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room offered ample space, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a serene ambiance conducive to both rest and productivity. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail — from the high-quality linens to the well-stocked amenities and prompt housekeeping service. The hotel’s restaurant, Café 302, offered a delightful dining experience. The breakfast selection was varied and of excellent quality, with options catering to a range of tastes and dietary needs. The dining staff were attentive and courteous, enhancing the overall experience. The location of Hala Arjaan is ideal — centrally situated in Al Zahiyah, with convenient access to business districts, shopping destinations, and the Corniche. Despite its central setting, the hotel maintained a peaceful and quiet atmosphere throughout my stay. Most notably, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and a strong sense of pride in their work, which truly distinguishes this hotel. In summary, my stay at Hala Arjaan by Rotana was exemplary in every respect. I would highly recommend this property to both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and outstanding service in Abu Dhabi. I look forward to returning on future visits.

Loved the staff and facilities. Location was within easy walking distance of Mall and pubs and restaurants. Glad to see that the steam room and sauna were functioning this trip.

Such a great experience, needed to stay extra & the staff were incredible at organising every & making that happen at a very reasonable cost. Its nice & quiet to sleep or for noise to although situated in the middle of city. Also needed to leave the place later as our flight back was not until the evening & they let us stay for late check out until 4pm without charge. Will return again.
