I was welcomed with such warmth and kindness. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was given a lovely room with a beautiful view that immediately made me feel relaxed and at home. I had requested an extra bed, along with additional covers and pillows, and the staff responded promptly with such attentiveness—it really made a difference in our comfort. One of the highlights of our stay was being allowed a late check-out at around 2:30 PM, which gave us the time and space to unwind and enjoy the experience even more. I mentioned a bit about some routine housekeeping checks in the bathroom drains that might be helpful to keep in mind for regular upkeep and they offered to send a staff really quickly. Overall, it was a truly pleasant and restful stay. The hospitality, the attention to detail, and the genuine care from the team made everything feel effortless. I would happily recommend the hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive staff. I truly appreciate the complimentary room upgrade and the thoughtful birthday gift – it made my experience even more special. The room itself was simply amazing – spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. It had absolutely everything I could possibly need, making my stay extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was outstanding, ensuring everything remained spotless throughout my stay. One of the things I appreciated the most was how genuinely helpful the staff was, no matter the time of day or night. Their willingness to assist at any hour truly made a difference in my experience. Breakfast was another highlight! The variety of options was impressive, catering to all dietary preferences. As a vegetarian, I found plenty of delicious choices to enjoy each morning. My only regret is that I had to leave so soon! I would absolutely return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. Hotel is really nice. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast were tasty and diverse (they have a corner with local dishes too so you can taste something different than standard breakfast). Location is okay, public beach is not that far, shops and restaurants are around. But one thing that deserves special praise was the staff. People who work there were super friendly, helpful and kind. Reception desk, valet, waiters, lifeguqrds (especially Arun) - all of them did great job!

My room was quiet, always clean. Mr. Jasvere Singh made sure of it and that I my room were supplied with necessary items. Thank you very much Mr. Singh. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, same for the staff at the gym which I usually visit to do some strength building exercises. On the other hand, the hotel is nicely located in the Tourist area of Abu Dhabi and is close to the three best malls: the Dubai and the Gallerias at walking distance, and the Reem Mall which is just few minutes by taxi, this is the newest mall. The hotel internet is fast, I had no issues working from my room and anywhere in the hotel. I decided to extend my stay and would highly recommend if you come for business or leisure.
